Darryl Furman
Founder & President

Darryl Fuhrman is an accomplished executive with a strong record of fundraising success in both 501(c)3 and entrepreneurial environments. In the last nine years, he has proven his ability for consultative and strategic development plans including major gift solicitation, planned giving, special events, annual giving campaigns, endowment campaigns, and donor relations. Darryl literally has taken his father’s Marine Corps values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment and combined them with his mother’s Florence Nightingale sensibilities of nursing and built the Lettermen of the USA into what it is today.
Darryl Fuhrman grew up in Southside, AL. He had the distinguished opportunity to play football at the University of Alabama where he was invited to be a walk-on for the 1985-1987 team under Coach Ray Perkins.
Desmond Holoman
Vice President & Director or Operations

Desmond Holoman has been married for over 30 years and has three children (28 (g), 25 (b), & 17 (b)). A 1988 graduate of the University of Alabama with a BS in Electrical Engineering, Desmond is a Staff Chief Engineer with Northrop Grumman Corporation where he has worked for over 30 years. Desmond enjoys music, sports, and charity work during his downtime. He brings his vast systems engineering experience with complex systems involving the integration of dissimilar subsystems and interfaces, to LotUSA as its VP and Director of Operations since its founding in 2018.
Todd Boland
Secretary

Former Auburn Lettermen 1990-1993, Academic All SEC 1992-1993. Todd and Angie have been married 11 years and are the proud parents of Jordan, Jaden, Tre, Jacey, and Redmond.

John Corso
Community Relations

Our newest Board Member is the proud son of retired 30+ year Colonel in the United States Army who served in the Korean War. John is still proud to call himself an "Army Brat" who grew up on Army bases around the world including in Germany, Italy and The United States. He fondly remembers stopping whatever activity he was doing everyday while on base at 5:00 PM for Retreat at the end of the workday. Retreat would sound, you stop, face the parade ground flagpole and is time to secure the flag and pay respect to what it stands for. He also remembers at the theater before the start of every movie and standing for the National Anthem before the previews. A 1985 graduate of Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina with a Business/Marketing degree. A successful 38+ year sales career starting with RJR Nabisco with last 25 years in Medical Sales currently with Cardinal Health. He resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife Suzanne and their two children Andrew and Elizabeth. He is a proud 4th Degree Knight of Columbus, very active in his church and a workout junkie.
